Roof Repair

Leaks, missing shingles, and everyday wear -- fixed without an unnecessary upsell

Most roof problems don't need a full replacement. We diagnose the actual cause -- a cracked pipe boot, a lifted shingle line, flashing that's pulled away from a chimney or wall -- and fix that, not the whole roof.

A $350 fix doesn't need to become an $1,800 upsell. If a repair genuinely is the right call, we tell you that. If your roof really is past repair, we'll tell you that too, and explain why, before you spend money on a patch that won't hold.

What to Expect

Common question

How do I know if I need a repair or a full replacement?

It usually comes down to how much of the roof is affected and how old it already is. A few damaged shingles or a single failed flashing point is almost always a repair. Widespread granule loss, multiple leak points, or a roof already near the end of its expected lifespan is where replacement starts to make more sense. We'll walk you through which situation you're actually in before recommending either one.
